Shops
The Graduate Institute of Technology (GIT) provides services to the outlying community as well as to UALR's College of Engineering and Information Technology (EIT) and the College of Science & Mathematics (CSAM). GIT houses both Machine and Electronic Shops.
The facilities include a fabrication, a welding, a woodworking, an electronics, and an education shop areas. The shops can work collaboratively to create custom design instruments, tools, and parts.
