2008:
Dr. Julian Post is GIT's new Instrumentation Specialist. Aside from his love of science and gardening, Dr. Post collects virtually everything. Dr. Xiaodong Ma, who formerly held the position, took a position with Waters Corporation.
Olivia Harris joined GIT as the Executive/Administrative Secretary. Olivia is a student at UALR pursuing a BA in Liberal Arts.
Howard Burris replaced Dwight Hillis as our Electronics Technician in the Electronics Shop. Howard also enjoys nature photography and coin collecting.
2007:
Rubben Johnson has joined the GIT computational group, and will be primarily supporting CSAM.
Congratulations to Jason Kratz on his engagement to Denise Seal. The two are planning a wedding for January 2008 and a honeymoon on the slopes.
2005-2006:
Congratulations to Pat Sipes who has recently accepted the position of Administrative Assistant. Robby Stribling, who formerly held the position, has relocated out-of-state with her family.
Welcome Laura Holland to GIT. Laura serves as the NASA/ASGC Finance Coordinator. This position was previously held by Pat Sipes.
Steve Wells has joined the GIT Machine shop. Steve is the Prototype Fabrications Shop Manager. Armand Tomany formerly occupied the position and has since been named the Educational Shop Manager.
Our condolensces to the family of Greg Cress, a Research Assistant for CyberCollege and GIT, who passed away on October 4, 2005.
